Vancouver Police has issued an Amber Alert for a 2-year-old boy who was last seen in Vancouver. Theodore Lim was last seen on March 13 in all grey clothing and black shoes with white soles. He is half Asian, half caucasian. He will be attached to a black rectangular ventilator.
