Janel Grant's lawsuit against Vince McMahon and WWE continues, but John Laurinaitis has been dropped as a defendent.

A former employee of WWE who sued the company, ex-CEO Vince McMahon and former senior exec John Laurinaitis — alleging she was subjected to sexual abuse and trafficking at the hands of the two men — reached a settlement with Laurinaitis and dismissed her claims against him.

A former WWE executive who had been fighting sexual abuse allegations in a lawsuit by an ex-employee has agreed to a confidential settlement and will now help the accuser as she continues suing the company and former leader Vince McMahon, representatives and lawyers said Wednesday.
