ABC News is taking even a little more time to enjoy "The View." The long-running daytime chat show is set to expand to the weekends starting Jan. 11. "The Weekend View" is a half-hour that will air on streaming platform ABC News Live and feature the show's Friday panel,

" The View " is expanding into weekends with a new streaming series dubbed "The Weekend View," which will air on the ABC News Live streaming platform. "The Weekend View" will focus on the "biggest stories in entertainment and the buzziest news topping social media feeds," ABC said.

ABC’s "The View" is expanding to a sixth weekly telecast, with a taped half-hour Saturday digital edition beginning on January 11 at 7:30 a.m. ET.
