The Las Vegas Raiders have a massive decision to make this offseason on whether or not to keep head coach Antonio Pierce. Pierce has been on the hot seat for head coaches for the majority of the year because of his inability to establish a winning culture and ruining the team's chances of drafting a quarterback.

Antonio Pierce remains the Las Vegas Raiders' coach. For now, anyway. Pierce spoke at a news conference wrapping up his team's 4-13 season on Monday and said he hasn't “been told anything different” about his job status.

Pierce held his final meeting with the team Monday and spoke as if he's returning, though owner Mark Davis has yet to clarify.
