SEOUL (Reuters) -South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Hyun said on Tuesday he would hold his first meeting in Tokyo with his Japanese counterpart Takeshi Iwaya since taking up his post this month before travelling to the U.S. to support trade negotiations.
