The Auburn Tigers and Ole Miss Rebels will meet for the third time on Friday when they play in the quarterfinals of the SEC Tournament.

Auburn enters play today looking to rebound from a 93-91 loss in overtime at home in their regular season finale. The bright spot for Coach Bruce Pearl in the loss to Bama was the resurgence of Johni Broome. The National Player of the Year candidate poured in 34 points after scoring a total of 17 points the previous two games.

The Auburn Tigers look to win their second-straight SEC Tournament as they begin action on Friday vs. Ole Miss.

The second day of SEC Tournament action provided plenty of drama as one of the toughest leagues in college basketball history whittled its postseason field to just eight teams. No. 8 seed Ole Miss began the day with an 83-80 win over No. 9 seed Arkansas when Sean Pedulla hit a go-ahead 3-pointer with 1.3 seconds left.
