After leaving the land of the living more than seven years ago, Grimm is planning a resurrection. Jan. 7 (UPI) -- Peacock is working on a movie sequel to the popular supernatural series Grimm. No casting or plot details have been announced yet, but Drop Dead Diva creator Josh Berman is writing the next chapter and executive producing with David Greenwalt and Jim Kouf, the co-creators, executive producers and showrunners of the original series.

Josh Berman, the creator of Lifetime’s “Drop Dead Diva,” is writing the “Grimm” movie, which he is executive producing with the original series showrunners David Greenwalt and Jim Kouf, as well as original EPs Sean Hayes and Todd Milliner. Milliner’s Hazy Mills Productions and Universal Television are the studios behind the reboot.
