Shares of Humana Inc. rallied Monday, and Mizuho analyst Ann Hynes said she believes a buyout by Cigna Group is likely — it’s just a matter of timing. Hynes’ comment was in response to a Bloomberg report out late Friday that the companies had resumed merger talks after reports the companies ended talks late last year due to disagreements about price.
