Are the water levels high enough for fishing now
A:
We fished the Madison, water level was fine while we were there. Don’t really know at present. You could give them a call, they are very friendly.

The water levels have come down. The rivers are now running about 650 cfs as opposed to 6,000. This is better for trout fishing. There are plenty of pools for trophy trout

What type of shoes should I wear in the boat? Are there cots or do we sleep on the ground?

Wear boat shoes, tennis shoes, or flip flops if during summer season. Cots with air mattresses and sleeping bags. A great trip
