We will be in Los Angeles from July 21, returning July 24, staying at the “luxurious” Hampton Inn” of Santa Monica. I am inquiring about hiring a car and driver for one of the days we are in LA in order to visit and tour a few of the modernist homes that are open to the public. We did the 2 hour tour, and it was good enough. We went to the Farmer's Ma f key for lunch on our own after we got back to the tour office. I wo u ld highly recommend seeing that market area.

Yes your kids are old enough to ride with us. Kids ages 8 and up love Segway (50 lbs. or more is fine...there is no height requirement) and kids tend to pick them up quickly, often quicker than adults.
