This is a great little park. The fountain is adorable. There's lots of seating available. You could easily pick up lunch at St. Lawrence market and picnic here.Full review by LexiV

As already mentioned, no it doesn’t — the reason being that the temperatures can reach -20 and pipes freeze and would burst. Niagara Falls in winter is quite nice however, with large ice build up and frost. Open all year but bundle up!
