At the Newfound Gap (the border of North Carolina and Tennessee), a popular spot to stop and enjoy the views. The views are pretty good to both sides of the gap. Recommend stopping. Full review by dbinhou7511

Unless you want or need to avoid stairs, this should be something that you go up and check out during your stop. You can get a view to the north. Kids seem to love it as it is something to climb on… Full review by Frank D
