An amazing museum. We spent the best part of 5 hours there and with Storm Burt blowing outside we spent nearly all of the time indoors. Friendly, well informed volunteers enhanced the day. Thank you… Full review by Julie G

Not cheap ; adults I think £9.00 and children about £6.00 although a family ticket is available. Non expensive restaurant.j

Definitely. We've been many times, with and without our kinder. The last time, the volunteers were brilliant at explaining some of the more unfamiliar things.

If they have an interest in history then it would. All the displays are interactive, and I think the telephone room would be a favourite.
